SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR US RESIDENTS
This section of the Policy applies to you, if you are a US resident in a state with an applicable privacy law or regulation.
During the last twelve (12) months we may have collected the following categories of personal information from users:
Information that you chose to upload or otherwise provided by you to Mellow, which may include: (i) Identifiers and personal information, such as name, postal addresses, phone number, online identifiers, email addresses; (ii) characteristics of protected classifications, such as gender; audio, electronic or similar information; (iii) professional or employment-related information, and any other personal information voluntarily shared with us by you, including content of your interaction with our representatives.
Information we collect when you use the Services, including (i) technical identifiers and personal information, such as online identifiers, internet protocol (IP) addresses, access device and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting and browser plug-in types and versions; (ii) Internet or other electronic network activity information relating to your activity on our Website, including, log-in and log-out time, the duration of sessions, the content uploaded and downloaded, viewed web-pages or specific content on web-pages, activity measures; (iv) Geolocation information.
Sources of Personal Information: The sources from which we obtain Personal Information are (a) Directly from our users (either actively, when you contact us online via any digital form, via the Website, via phone conversations, or through monitoring of use of the Services by cookies and other tracking technologies); (b) Third Parties such as our advertising partners, data analytics providers.

Your rights: You may have the following rights subject to certain exceptions, in relation to personal information related to you:
a right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including: (i) the categories of personal information we collect about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information; (v) the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you.
a right to request that we delete personal information related to you that we collected from you under certain circumstances and exceptions.

We will consider any requests, complaints or queries and provide you with a reply in a timely manner. To the extent you feel unsatisfied with our response to your request to exercise your rights, you may choose to send us a request to appeal our decision. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the applicable data protection supervisory authority.
Please note that these rights are not absolute, and may be subject to the relevant applicable laws, our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements.
Authorized agent
You can use an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your right under applicable laws on your behalf if:
The authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity; and
You sign a written declaration that you authorize the authorized agent to act on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise your right, please provide us with a certified copy of your written declaration authorizing the authorized agent to act on your behalf using the contact information below.
The request must:
Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data or an authorized agent. MINORS
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from Minors (as determined under the applicable laws where the individual resides; “Minors”).
